Stars "Arcturus" Release 2403

We are pleased to announce the release of Stars “Arcturus” 2403, which includes the following features in addition to minor bug fixes:

• changed to filter out NaN values before calculating statistics in ad-hoc and event reduction.

• Added plot attributes “forcelimitsvisible” and “natureallimitcolors” to provide additional control over the rendering of limit lines on plots.

• Added support for role-level IP whitelists and blacklists, and implemented application tier IP blocking.

• When reducing the number of plot points in the plot generator (required for performance reasons) the old algorithm just averaged all the values being combined. Now, the reduction algorithm always displays min/max values.
