Galaxy "Andromeda" Release 2504
We are pleased to announce the release of Galaxy “Andromeda” 2504 which includes the following features along with various bug fixes:
Added `etc/pe8ssd8iomf4-rev10-release.tar' which contains the latest revision of the driver, library, and applications for this EDT CDa personality. To build the applications, unpack the tar file, move to the resulting `pe8ssd8iomf4-rev10-release/src' directory, and run make -f Ssd8ioMf4.mk. Among the resulting applications, tx_serializer_reset can be used to reset errors on the board's transmitting channels.
Added OS install instructions for Enterprise Linux 9 and removed the instructions for Enterprise Linux 7.
Increased the maximum potential memory limit to the apply_dvsl application in the Galaxy Test Framework.
Updated the PostgreSQL section of the Getting Started Guide for a more secure authentication method in the pg_hba.conf entries.
Updated the output of recreport so the displayString property of Dsc records are output.
Added isnan() and isinf() functions to STOL to support checking whether floating-point values are not a number (NaN) or positive/negative infinity (inf).
Updated the ARCHIVE directive documentation to better describe the POOLSIZE option.
Updated the START directive documentation with respect to the ITOS_STOL_MAX_PROCESSES environment variable.
Added two new telemetry pages, commandDecoderComponentStatus.page and clcwStatus.page, to display the status of the CommandDecoderComponent and the CCSDS_CLCW.
Updated the ../sockets_cmdline_args/Top.html documentation for socket command-line arguments.
Updated the "Installing Galaxy" section of the Getting Started with Galaxy Guide for details about the dependency on the CodeMeter package.
