Stars "Arcturus" Release 2103

We are pleased to announce the release of Stars “Arcturus” 2103 which includes the following features along with various bug fixes:

  • Expanded security framework to allow levels of functional capabilities between admin (super-user) and regular users. Updated LDAP integration so support these additional levels.

  • Added the ability to configure the downloads mime type using site-config.yml

  • Added db connection pool size to configurable parameters in site specific config.properties.

  • Added representative mnemonics as a feature of a namespace, and now use this rather than mnemonic lists for Discover tab data quality dygraph.

  • Improved report performance: Tuned SQL in Portal and Report Daemon. Rewrote Report Writer as multi-threaded application.

  • Added the dropbox number and PID to the log filename to prevent multiple ingests from using same log file.
